Joel E Wood & Associates has now expanded to include Land Surveying in their everyday schedule. Let me introduce myself. My name is Michael Culler and I have over 35 years in the surveying industry. I received my professional surveying license in 2011. Our company can provide surveys for real estate closings, subdivided of large tracks, design Neighborhood, construction staking, and elevation certificates. We are currently staking new home construction, Preparing foundation, and as-built surveys. Topographic survey for engineering designs or for stormwater questions. With the addition of Christopher E. Wood, PE, Joel E Wood & Associates was able to expand its services to include geotechnical engineering and materials testing. Christopher Wood has a master of engineering degree in geotechnical engineering and over 15 years of experience in soil testing and analysis on major utility, building, and roadway projects. Joel E Wood & Associates provides a complete range of services for our clients ranging from planning, design, inspection, and construction administration for civil projects to geotechnical engineering and materials testing.

Joel E Wood & Associates is equipped and staffed to provide governmental clients with complete municipal engineering, planning and administrative services for major public works projects.
